How do I pay for my product?
You can pay by debit card, credit card.
Do I have to pay for my product in one payment?
You can pay for your product in one payment or spread the cost over a number of monthly payments. Monthly payments are debited automatically on your selected date. Payment plans are restricted to 12 payments.
Can I change my payments after I have ordered?
You can change your payment plan by contacting the Family Roots office by e‑ mail on infouse@familyroots.com or by phone on TOLL FREE 800‑ 309‑ 8432. It is your responsibility to see that all payments are made.
How long does it take for delivery if I paid for my product in one single payment?
Products take 6 to 8 weeks after full payment is processed. These delivery times are to Stateside addresses. Delivery times for APO/ FPO and International orders cannot be guaranteed. Swords cannot be shipped to APO addresses.
How long does it take for delivery if I decide to make the monthly payments?
Delivery on military rings takes approx 4 to 6 weeks after payments are completed. All other products take approx 6 to 8 weeks after payments are completed. These delivery times are to Stateside addresses.
Can I have a delivery to an APO address?
Yes, but only in special circumstances and Family Roots cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please NOTE our Sword products cannot be sent with the APO!
What do I do if I want to change my order details?
Contact our office as soon as possible if you want to change your order details. Requests for changes can only be taken on a best efforts basis, depending on what stage your order is at.
